Service Tenet: Responsible and efficient. The acceptance ,analysis and response of after-sale will be in strict accordance with ISO9001 quality system .

Commitment:A guarantee period of controller shall be within 18 months from the date of delivery or product installation within 12 months, whichever comes earlier. If the client can prove the installation and use of product is in accordance with the approach recommended properly, or prove that the controller itself does have design, material or processing defects, poshton is responsible for free repair ,replacement ,or refund per order price.

If these services above are in conflict with formal quality agreement both parties signed, the quality agreement shall prevail.
